Lavender Oil Remedy
You can apply lavender oil just plain or mixed with chamomile oil and almond oil and use it as a massage oil. This helps in improving skin tone and making it soft as well.
White vinegar is a great remedy for stretch marks. All you have to do is apply white vinegar regularly on the affected areas and it will disappear in a short interval of time. It works by stripping off the top layer of skin and restoring the ph balance.
Aloe Vera Remedy
Aloe Vera can be used on its own to lighten the marks. You can also combine Aloe Vera with olive oil and vitamin A and E capsules (just remove the vitamin from the encasing) and use this as a massage oil. It will help to improve the overall quality of the skin too.
Cocoa Butter Remedy
Most stretch mark removing creams contain cocoa butter. It is also widely used in body butter and lotions. To make this cream at home combine cocoa butter, vitamin E oil, beeswax and wheat germ oil.
Heat the mixture and mix it well. Let it cool and use it on your stretch marks religiously. This will fade the marks and make your skin baby smooth and glowing as well.
Coffee And Coconut Oil Remedy
Add brewed coffee to coconut oil and apply to stretch marks to see them fade away slowly.Most oils like almond oil, avocado oil, castor oil, olive oil etc are also helpful in removing marks.You can enhance their utility by adding vitamin A and E capsules to them and use them as massage oils.You can also try using natural Shea butter which contains both vitamin A and E.
Along with these home remedies you also need to have a proper diet which is rich in zinc and other nutrients. So plenty of green vegetables, fruits, nuts, eggs, liver etc is a must.
Also remember to have at least 2-3 litres of water daily to keep your body well hydrated. Also exfoliating your skin, maintaining proper body weight through exercise and diet are some ways you can avoid further stretch marks from appearing.
