From day to morning day after day, week after week and month after month, we all toil hard and harder and all that we long for is the holiday season; time of the year when all that is one your mind is having fun and enjoyment. The most exciting and scintillating time of the year (usually the Christmas Holiday or Thanks Giving Holiday season) is awaited by all of us. And something that you so desperately long for should be given a fantastic welcome by you.

As it is the holiday season, all you see around you is colors, sparkle and glitter. And this is the time when you go bling with your dressing also. During this time of the year, do not hesitate experimenting with colors and your looks.

Take out your best dress ever from your wardrobe. Dress in your sexy yet elegant best attire. Mostly, gowns or short fitted dresses (or other cocktail dresses) work well for this festive season. Make sure that you do not go too formal with your gown as then you might not be able to enjoy as much.

This time, you can go all decked up with your jewels. Your precious stones cannot have a better time to show their sparkle. Finger rings, dangling earrings, bracelets, necklace; you might have all of them and all of these put together may also look good but you have to be really careful as to not go overboard. After wearing all of it, if you feel that you look too gaudy, it is better to remove one of the pieces.

For your footwear, classy designer heels are all that you need. The designer footwear showrooms have all the collection of strappy, embellished stilettos that just add spark to our attire. However if you do not own one and are not ready to splurge, stick to your favorite heels and try being a bit innovative with them by sticking some swarovski to it, or a broche or the simplest of all, clip on pins. Your sandals would not be any less than the designer ones (also without burning a hole in your pocket)

Your make-up can be a bit flashy and bold than your normal make-up (but do not make yourself a “shinny disco ball”). Highlight one of your features, if you want to apply a hot red lipstick, keep your eye make up calm and minimal. Or you can the other way round with dramatic eye make-up and rest of it being minimal.
