How To Get Clear Skin

Exercise daily as it makes you sweat and all the impurities are released with the sweat.This makes your skin softer and clearer.

Wear a sunscreen with adequate SPF every time before you step outside. Because it takes only a few hours out in the sun to damage your skin but takes ten times the time and effort to repair the damage.

Scrub your face once a while as it removes all impurities from your skin. It also helps you get rid of blackheads, whiteheads, etc.

Before going to bed make sure you remove all traces of make up from your face and apply some good quality night cream.Also keep your make up brushes clean.

Drink at least 5-6 liters of water a day.It keeps your skin hydrated and helps remove all the impurities from your blood hence keeping your skin clean and clear.


Minimize the use of chemicals on your face. Stop experimenting with your skin with different products. Stick to products that suits you best and are mild.

Get at least 8 hours of sleep daily and get your pillow covers changed time to time. If you have dandruff get rid of them because even dandruff causes skin problems.

Take steam treatment once in a while, it will open your pores and remove all impurities.

Last but not the least eat healthy. Include a lot of salads in your diet and avoid fried foods.

Also remember the three golden words, cleaning , toning and moisturizing.
