Appearance of wrinkles in skin is a natural phenomena and will occur at some point of time or the other but we can prevent wrinkles to some extent and delay it.First and foremost thing to prevent wrinkles is to stay happy at all times.Avoid all sorts of stress and tensions as these makes you age faster.

Indulge in fun activities and keep yourself busy.It is very important to stay young at heart because if you start thinking that you are getting old then your mind will let your body know the same.So stay and feel happy and young to prevent wrinkles.

To prevent wrinkles it is very important to have a well balanced diet containing all sorts of essential vitamins and minerals.Include foods containing lots of antioxidants as antioxidants are known to slow down the phenomena of aging.Include fruits like blueberries, pomegranate and nuts like almonds etc. to your diet as these are rich in antioxidants.

Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and foods like tomatoes etc. which are known to prevent wrinkles.Include more of vitamins like A, K, C ,E etc in your diet as these brings about a certain glow to your skin and prevents wrinkles.Water is an equally important part of the diet.Drink lots and lots of water to stay hydrated.This is also very helpful to prevent wrinkles.

With age skin becomes more susceptible to damage from the sun and hence to prevent wrinkles it is very important to protect your face from the harmful rays of the sun.Never go out without applying sunscreen lotion with good SPF content.Also make it a point to wash your face after coming back from outside and apply a good quality moisturizer.

Well moisturized skin is less prone to wrinkles.So keep your skin moisturized at all times to prevent wrinkles.Also massage your face on a regular basis to enhance circulation of blood as this helps a great deal in preventing wrinkles.It is very important to quit habits like smoking and drinking alcohol to prevent wrinkles.

Last but not the least it is very important to get good amount of sleep and rest to prevent wrinkles.Also exercise at least for 30 minutes a day to keep fit and for wrinkle free skin. Follow all these measures to prevent wrinkles.
