You have to avoid the food available in the market atleast for 3 months so as to reduce your size by atleast some inches. For this you can include mushrooms, fish, chicken, etc in your daily food. You can also directly switch to olive oil rather than consuming butter, cheese and ghee. Totally avoid chips, fries, pizzas, etc.
Second thing is to reduce carbohydrates from your diet. The things including high amount of carbohydrates are rice, potato, past, bread, etc which you definitely have to avoid at a very good level. Eat more of wheat. You need to eat lots of vegetables. You can also switch on to raw salads and even soups. Fit these things in your regular diet. It will also cover your hunger as well as will help you in staying fit. And the third and the most important option is to exercise.
You have to increase your daily exercises so as to decrease fat from your thighs. Start walking for atleast 6 to 7 kilometers a day regularly. Start from walking 3 kilometers a day and then gradually increase it to 7 kilometers a day. The only exercise which will help in decreasing your hips and thighs is walking.
Try to include floor exercises in your routine which stress your legs at a high extent. If you really want to concentrate than these things will definitely reduce your thighs in time of 2 to 3 months which will result in good, beautiful thin hips and thighs.
